Meet our new friends.
This is Piwi the Kiwi......
and this is Ella the Elephant.
Ella and Piwi came to visit Room 5 and enjoyed it so much they decided to stay.Unfortunetly they got very lonely when the children went home.
Ella and Piwi solved the problem by packing their bags and inviting themselves to stay for sleepovers.
Each night some children take their new friends home. They record Piwi and Ella's adventures in a book and share it with their classmates the next day.
When I cam home from my trip to Christchurch I discovered that we had a visitor staying for the weekend- Piwi the Kiwi! He was very polite and I was sad to see him go. Bessie told me he has to visit the rest of his room 5 friends. Just keep an eye on the kitchen cupboards because I did notice a couple of crackers missing...
